Report a wrong result

If a tool gives a result you think is wrong, include:

• the tool’s name and the page address;
• the options you selected;
• a short example input, what you got and what you expected;
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android.

Please use a short invented example rather than a real document. Never send passwords, ID numbers or confidential files.

Corrections to a guide

If a guide is out of date, for example a menu in another app has moved, tell us which guide, which paragraph and what changed. A link to the vendor’s current help page is the most useful thing you can send.

Suggest a tool or a guide

Tell us the Arabic text problem you keep running into and where the text comes from. Real problems decide what we build or write next.

Privacy questions

The tools do not store your text, so there is nothing of yours on our side to retrieve or delete. If you emailed us and want that message deleted, ask at the same address. The privacy page has the details.
